Thanks to Sandra, Mel and Becka we now have three PDFs that can be opened in a new tab and then searched to find information in the library that you might be interested in.

This should hopefully help members to find useful information in the library, with less manual trawling through our extensive collection.

The three files are:

Library Books

References to caves/mines in journals

Surveys

Once the selected PDF opens in a new tab, if you are on a Windows PC, then typing “Ctrl F” should open a search window, you can then type in the search term, and all occurrences of that term should then be highlighted in the document.

If you have any suggestions on how this system could be improved, please let me know.
