Fix for Petzl harnesses whose leg buckles tend to come undone

If anyone has a new Super Avanti or Aven, Petzl harness, with orange coloured webbing, please be aware that there is a known issue with the buckles slipping.

Petzl have now come up with a new buckle cover that fixes the issue, available for free, on request to Petzl.
